Product Introduction

Our vacuum tube heat-pipe solar collector uses advanced heat-pipe technology inside high-borosilicate glass vacuum tubes. The copper heat pipes transfer solar energy efficiently to the manifold, delivering hot water even under cloudy or cold conditions.

Each collector is built with a corrosion-resistant aluminum frame and high-transmission tempered glass cover, ensuring reliable outdoor performance for more than 15 years.

This pressurized collector is ideal for residential solar water heating, commercial hot-water projects, and swimming-pool heating systems that require stable temperature output.

Main Features

  • Copper heat pipes with low-temperature start-up (-40°C usable)
  • 58mm diameter borosilicate glass vacuum tubes with selective coating
  • Aluminum alloy frame with anodized surface treatment
  • Rock-wool insulated manifold header to minimize heat loss
  • Modular design supporting 10/15/20/25/30 tube configurations
  • Compatible with pressurized tanks and split solar water heaters

Item Details

Working Principle

Solar absorption
Vacuum tubes absorb solar radiation and heat the heat-pipe evaporator.
Heat transfer
Vapor rises to the condenser bulb inside the manifold and releases heat.
Circulation
A heat-transfer fluid carries energy to the storage tank or heat exchanger.

Installation & Mounting

Roof angle
Optimal tilt equals local latitude ±10° for year-round output.
Orientation
South-facing in northern hemisphere; north-facing in southern hemisphere.
Connection
22mm copper loop or DN20 stainless-steel flexible pipe recommended.

Quality Assurance

Leak test
Every manifold is pressure-tested at 1.0 MPa before shipment.
Tube impact test
Vacuum tubes pass 25mm hail-stone impact certification.
Frame load test
Certified to withstand 2400 Pa snow load and wind load.

Core Application Scenarios

  • 01Residential solar water heating
  • 02Commercial hot-water supply
  • 03Hotel and hospital hot water
  • 04Industrial pre-heating systems
