Product Introduction

This module is built on N-type TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) cell technology using 182mm silicon wafers, arranged as 144 half-cut cells in a 72-cell layout. Compared with conventional P-type PERC cells, the N-type substrate has no boron–oxygen complex, which virtually eliminates light-induced degradation (LID) and dramatically reduces potential-induced degradation (PID).

The ultra-thin tunnel oxide layer on the rear surface passivates the contact interface, lifting open-circuit voltage and cutting recombination losses. The result is a higher module efficiency, a gentler temperature coefficient of −0.30%/°C and a markedly better low-light response — so the array keeps producing at dawn, dusk and under overcast skies when P-type modules have already dropped off.

A mono-facial white backsheet construction keeps weight down to 27.5 kg, making this the practical choice for pitched roofs, sheet-metal industrial roofs and any mounting structure where rear-side gain cannot be harvested anyway.
