Product Introduction
The flat-plate pressurized solar water heater pairs a flat-plate collector with a pressurized storage tank. The collector uses a highly absorptive copper sheet (AL/N selective coating) under tempered glass; solar heat is transferred through the absorber to the water or glycol flowing in copper riser tubes, then to the pressurized tank via a heat exchanger.
Because the tank is pressurized, hot water is supplied at mains pressure — strong showers and direct appliance connection, with no roof tank required. The enamel-coated tank resists corrosion and scale, suiting hard-water regions.
Flat-plate collectors are mechanically robust, low-profile and easy to integrate into pitched roofs, with stable performance in warm climates.
