Product Introduction
The heat-pipe solar collector is always connected with the existing water-heating device. The selective absorber coating on the inner cover of the vacuum tubes absorbs solar energy, converts it into thermal energy and transfers it to the heat pipe through an aluminium fin. The heated liquid inside the heat pipe changes into vapour, which rises to the top condenser; the thermal energy then passes through the heat exchanger into the pressurized tank, and the cooled vapour becomes liquid again, returning to the base of the heat pipe.
Thermal energy is conducted to the transfer liquid inside the pressurized tank via a copper coil. As long as the collector is heated by the sun, this creates a continuous, frost-protected circulation that delivers stable high-pressure hot water throughout the building.
Because the tank is pressurized, hot water flows at mains pressure — stronger showers, faster filling and direct compatibility with standard mixers and appliances. No roof-top tank or auxiliary circulation pump is required, which simplifies installation and reduces running cost.
